The restoration of this prestigious historical mansion located in London required special attention to preserving and enhancing the original details, combined with the integration of modern and functional elements.

Under the direction of architect Giancarlo Alhadeff and with the collaboration of decorator Suzy Hoodless, Costa Interiors created custom-made parquet flooring, designed to preserve and enhance the aesthetics of the building.

The stone bathrooms and the stained wood kitchen strike a perfect balance between tradition and innovation, ensuring stylistic continuity with the rest of the house. The intervention also included the creation of customised furniture and the engineering of technical details to create a functional and harmonious space, without neglecting the building’s historical authenticity.

This project stands out for the careful selection of materials and mastery of execution, offering a finished result that is of rare beauty and prestige.
