Located along the banks of the Seine, this 300 m² flat was completely renovated following John Pawson’s minimalist vision, in collaboration with executive architect Douglas Tuck. Costa Interiors created oak flooring laid in a Hungarian herringbone pattern, custom-made to align perfectly with the door entrances and passageways, creating a harmonious continuity in the interior.

The carefully crafted wall finishes match the elegant curtains and white Carrara marble bathrooms, featuring sinks carved from unique blocks.

The renovation transformed the space into a refined and essential environment, where luxury is expressed through the simplicity and perfection of the details, echoing the timeless style of Paris.
