In the heart of the Venetian lagoon, the historic Casa dei Tre Oci on Giudecca Island has been transformed into the European headquarters of the prestigious Berggruen Institute, one of the world’s most respected think tanks.

Costa Interiors was entrusted with the production and installation of custom-made furnishings for the reception area on the ground floor and the entire second floor dedicated to guest accommodations. Following the executive drawings developed in collaboration with architect Silvio Fassi, we handled all phases: handcrafted production, international logistics, shipping, and final on-site installation.

Premium materials and bespoke craftsmanship
This luxury contract project in Venice featured high-end materials such as specially finished oak wood, premium fabric drapes, stainless steel elements, and sustainable materials. Key interior works included:
